Hyrd provides hiring software that helps companies post jobs, review candidates, schedule interviews and send offers. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit our website, use our product or apply to a job through a Hyrd workspace.
Data we collect
We collect the details you give us, such as your name, work email, company and messages sent through our forms. When you use Hyrd we also process account data, usage data and the candidate information your team uploads, including resumes, notes and interview feedback.
How we use data
We use personal data to provide and improve the product, respond to requests, keep accounts secure, send service updates and, where you agree, share product news. We never sell personal data.
Candidate data
Companies that use Hyrd decide which candidate data they collect and why. For that data Hyrd acts as a processor on behalf of the hiring company. Candidates can contact the hiring company, or us, to access or delete their information.
Sharing and processors
We share data only with trusted providers that help us run Hyrd, such as hosting, email delivery and analytics, under written agreements that protect your data. We may disclose data when the law requires it.
Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to people who need it and we review our security practices regularly. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to or limit some processing. To make a request, email privacy@hyrd.co and we will reply within 30 days.
