Terms of
service

The rules for using the Hyrd website and hiring platform. Please read them carefully. Last updated October 7, 2026.

Agreement

By creating an account or using Hyrd you agree to these terms. If you use Hyrd for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms on its behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for your account details and for everything that happens under your login. Keep your password safe and tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your workspace settings. Unless the law says otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded.

Free trial

New workspaces may start with a free trial. At the end of the trial you can choose a paid plan or your workspace will move to a limited free version.

Acceptable use

Do not use Hyrd to break the law, discriminate against candidates, send spam, upload harmful code or try to access data that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own the jobs, candidate data and other content you add to Hyrd. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide the service to you.

Our product

Hyrd, its design and its software belong to us. We may improve or change features over time and will tell you in advance about changes that materially affect paid plans.

Liability

Hyrd is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Hyrd at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken. After closing, you can export your data for 30 days before it is deleted.
